CCS Family Auction Update

As you know City Christian Schools has been gearing up for our First Annual Benefit Auction. We are looking forward to a fun and exciting night filled with both silent and oral auctions, music, food, games, door prizes and fellowship.

Where: City Bible Church Main Lobby / Ivy Hall

When:  March 13th 2010 (Note Date Change)

Time: 4:00pm – 7:00pm (Check-in at 3:30)

What will the money be used for? One of the goals of CCS is to assure that our students are prepared for their future. Technology plays a huge part in that – this is why we have chosen to dedicate all proceeds from our auction to pay for new computer equipment throughout our school.

The goal is to raise $50,000 – this is why the auction and your help is so vital!

What are we currently working on:

  1. Classroom Themed Baskets
  • Many parents have been working very hard to secure donations from other school families and local businesses for the “Classroom Themed Baskets.” Be sure to look at the attached page to see what your child’s class is working on. If you have not contributed yet, please do so by November 25th so our parents can relax during the holidays knowing the baskets are complete!
  • For $400 an individual or a business would receive the following – 8 Tickets (ticket includes entrance and participation with both auctions and light buffet) VIP Treatment, Business Logo On Rotating PowerPoint, Ad in Event Program, Verbal Recognition and all the fun the night has to offer.
  • Wow, this is what we have so far – Disney Land / California Adventure Get- Away Package, Gift Certificates for Dennis Uniforms, Free Dinners, Appetizers, Salon Cuts and Color, Family Portrait Packages, Tile, PIA Truck Lights, Microwave, Mini Fridge, Landscape Make Over, Gemstones, Movie Passes, Portland Spirit River Cruise, Local Getaways, and much, much more!
  • $25 – Business Card Size / $50 – ¼ Page

  1. Acquiring Donations for Item, Destinations, or Gift Certificates
  1. Acquiring Ad’s For The Event Program

*Tickets Will Go On Sale In January! $20 per person / $35 per couple
