Way To Go, Eighth Graders!

Our eighth grade class wrote  papers telling  when and how is the right way to honor our veterans.   We entered several of those papers in a national contest through the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  Three of our students placed in the district level, and one of the students placed first in regional.  Way to go, Sargon Smith!  His paper has been forwarded to the state level competition.  The names of the three district winners will be announced at our Grandparent’s Day celebration on Wednesday,February 24th.
